What We Do

Ally Business Developers is a consortium of world-class management professionals, each specializing in critical management disciplines, including project management, process management, continuous process improvements (CPI), business process reengineering (BPR), financial management, and general management.

Ally offers onsite and open-enrollment seminars and training and all areas of organizational management.. Ally also offers consulting and contract services in project management, process management, continuous process improvement (CPI), and business process reengineering (BPR). Services include methodology development, PMO (program management office) development, BPR facilitation and development, implementing best practices in CPI, BPR, and project management.

Training and Seminars

Ally offers training an all areas of project management; from project team members through senior management, portfolio management and PMOs. Seminars are aligned with the Project Management Institute's PMBOK Guide® and the Software Engineering Institute's (SEI) Capability Maturity Model, Integration® (CMMI). Business process management seminars focus on developing efficient and quality processes aligned with organizational objectives.
